Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Program Manager will provide leadership for the Outreach Program; this will include planning, organizing, leading, evaluating and staffing;
- Supervise and evaluate members of the team designated by Manager;
- Will work closely with the Program Manager to plan and provide outreach services to adults and children in the community including schools;
- Will work closely within the agency with other departments and with community providers, law enforcement and local universities as needed in a positive cooperative manner;
- Will provide direct service to a designated caseload;

Qualifications:

- Motivated clinician needed to fill in shifts as needed due to vacations, sick leave, holidays, etc. Shifts include weekends, weekdays 4p to 12a, and weekdays 12a to 8a.
- This paid, on-call, per diem position is responsible for providing supportive, emergency behavioral health crisis interventions in secure settings. Most calls take place in hospital emergency departments in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois.
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 1-year direct mental health experience required. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred. Experience in psychiatric pre-admission screening and referral preferred.
Must reside within 20 minutes of Bloomington/Normal, Illinois.
