    Responsibilities:
    Answer the telephone and triage calls for private practice and public clinic.
    Greet and check in patients.
    Schedule patient appointments into electronic scheduler.
    Purchase and maintain inventory of supplies.
    Maintain time off records of agency personnel.
    Maintain non-payroll items of personnel files.
    Prepare orientation packets for new employees.
    Maintain contracts for facility maintenance and assist with facility maintenance.
    Act as Recording Secretary to the Board of Directors.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required;
    Credentialed as a MHP (Mental Health Practitioner) in the State of Illinois required;

    Responsibilities:

    Possess appropriate understanding of high risk, severe, and persistently mentally ill population including diagnoses, client strengths, needs, and functional deficits;
    Conduct appropriate ongoing clinical assessments;
    Formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans;
    Able to engage client in treatment, establish therapeutic relationships and set appropriate limits and boundaries;
    Demonstrate understanding of and implement treatment modalities and techniques for MI population, including medication management, psychosocial rehabilitation, supportive counseling, intensive case management;

  • Excellent opportunity for Mental Health Professionals who are seeking a supplemental second income or require flexible scheduling.  

    • Motivated clinician needed to fill in shifts as needed due to vacations, sick leave, holidays, etc. Shifts include weekends, weekdays 4p to 12a, and weekdays 12a to 8a.
    • This paid, on-call, per diem position is responsible for providing supportive, emergency behavioral health crisis interventions in secure settings.  Most calls take place in hospital emergency departments in Bloomington/Normal, Illinois.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree with 1-year direct mental health experience required.  Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred.  Experience in psychiatric pre-admission screening and referral preferred.

    Must reside within 20 minutes of Bloomington/Normal, Illinois.

  • This position will substitute for regular residential staff that are on sick, vacation, or holiday leave.  Shifts are evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.  Paid training is provided. Regular rate of pay is $11-$13 per hour.  Holiday rate of pay is $20 per hour.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide supportive counseling and assistance to eight adults with behavioral health needs;
    Provide life skill training and medication supervision;
    Provide written documentation of services performed;
    Complete light housekeeping duties.
    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or GED required;
    Experience working with special needs population preferred;
    Excellent organizational and communication skills;
    Patience, flexibility, and reliability are important traits;
    Must have reliable transportation and valid Illinois driver’s license.
