Our Services

24-Hour Crisis Team

Emergency Crisis Intervention Services are provided 24 hours a day/365 days a year to individuals in McLean County who are experiencing a mental health emergency. Trained Crisis staff and Engagement Specialists are available to respond quickly, on-site to any location in McLean County, and function as a mobile crisis unit. In addition, Crisis staff is available for walk-in or phone assistance during regular business hours.

Crisis staff works closely with local law enforcement agencies, emergency room personnel, and other social service agencies. Crisis staff  assists in resolving a crisis through accurate assessments, crisis intervention, and linkage to follow-up services.
