Sonja earned a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Prevention, is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and is working towards her PhD in IO Psychology.

Katrina has over 10 years of experience in case management, counseling, and outreach in the fields of mental health and substance use.

Tim is an Army Veteran with many years of lived experience in both active and recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. Tim is a graduate of the Heartland Community College Recovery Support Specialist Certificate program.

Amanda has multiple years of lived experience in both mental health and substance use recovery. She has worked in the clinical side of healthcare for the last 15 years as a CNA.
