Our Services

Behavioral Health Urgent Care

The Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) at the Center is available free of charge to individuals 18 and older experiencing a behavioral health crisis. The BHUC provides an alternative to emergency departments for individuals who are not in need of medication or medical support. Counselors and peer support staff provide crisis screening, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, linkage to resources, and peer support. Individuals in need of medication or other medical/psychiatric support are referred to the ER.

The BHUC is located at 520 N. Center St., Bloomington, Illinois on the south side of the building.

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
  • Saturday 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
  • Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m.
